I commented on my customer's Mickey Mouse watch and she told me that shes bought it on a recent trip to Hong Kong Disneyland. Then we started talking about our Hong Kong trip.
Oh~ how i miss that place.
I was in Hong Kong in September for a workshop by Ms Matsuda Yoko. It was a nail art course, and I was actually glad I spent the time and money to attend it. It was a fun experience. Only down thing was that a lot of important tips were probably lost due to the multiple translations. From Japanese, to Cantonese, to English for those of us (including myself) who didn't understand the previous two languages. Oh well. This trip enriched my knowledge for these kawaii nail art.
Me with Ms Matsuda Yoko.
During one of the many demonstrations. Unfortunately, the teacher didn't have time to correct our works one by one as the class was too big.
I extended my trip for some shopping ^^ Got so excited when I saw the display at one of the malls. It was an enlarged version of the kawaii stuff we usually do on our nails.
Cupcakes, candies, macaroons, ice cream....
which was also the concept our shop, thus the name - SUGAR CANDY.
And I was at Disneyland for the Halloween celebrations.
On a random note, I love mango desserts!! LOL ^^
