The oh-so-famous Minnie mouse inspired red with white polka dots!

This time, we used the chili red from the Cupcakes Rainbow series (RBC01).

With a big black bow on the thumbs.

Awww~~ polka dot dot dot! She had her 21st birthday party coming up, and her theme was Polka Dots! Hehe. I was actually quite curious to see what it's like to have everyone dressed in polka dots. *Email me some pics?* Heheh.
